Ayann Holloway

Ayann Holloway is the founder of Holloway Solutions, where she partners with mission-driven organizations to identify exceptional, values-aligned leaders.

She brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with expertise spanning executive search, operations, human resources, governance, and organizational leadership. Her career includes senior leadership roles within nonprofit organizations as well as serving as Vice President of a national executive search firm focused on the nonprofit sector.

Throughout her career, Ayann has partnered with organizations across civil rights, philanthropy, advocacy, healthcare, education, and social impact to identify leaders who strengthen organizations, inspire teams, and advance mission.

Grounded in authentic relationships and a deep commitment to equity, Ayann brings a thoughtful, people-centered, and rigorous approach to executive search. She combines strategic assessment with a deep understanding of organizational culture, leadership dynamics, and the communities organizations serve to help clients find leaders positioned to make a meaningful, lasting impact.
